Early check-in, parking on-site. Newly remodelled rooms, exceptional view of the hotel's beautiful gardens. Magnificent location and very good and adequate breakfast with many choices.

The room was recently refurbished, with smoke detectors and amazing views of the garden. There were climate control, a storage, and a lounge when we arrived.

The location was lovely, in a lovely quiet area, and the bed nice. I really enjoyed the very very good and adequate breakfast with good quality ingredients, offered by the hotel. Stayed here before and I will be back.

The location is great and it is so close to the nearby Shropshire Union canal and the restaurant and bar areas. It is found off the beaten track.

This place was impressive in general with a really good staff team. Ample sized and luxurious room with ample bathroom.

It is a super base for one night, has excellent views of the garden.

Incredibly beautiful and enchanting accommodation with exceptional staff on the reception desk where also great. Early check-in, great and gorgeous location close to the restaurant, a family run establishment, and the centre of the restaurant. Had standard queen room with a balcony, the bathroom, for example.

Loved every detail about my fantastic 1 night stay here. The location in a really quiet area was marvellous and brilliant and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. Moreover, it was 7 km from Moat. My ample sized and luxurious room had a lounge, a sofa, and a whirlpool. Everyone was really good and very pleasant. The service was exceptional during my stay.

This is a hotel go-to for Chester! The venue is reasonably spacious and fairly clean with a great value and very pleasant and exceptional staff. I have stayed in the standard queen room with a lounge, a whirlpool, and a carpet.

The rooms romantic and high quality with a TV, 2 single beds, a bathtub.

Not so good views.

Had the twin/double room which was newly decorated with breakfast. The location was lovely for traveling around Chester, so close to the centre of the restaurant as well as Chester and the area. Besides, it was 4 km away from Vicars Cross Golf Club.

We ate in the lovely restaurant with its calm decor and fantastic food which was reasonably priced. Loved our weekend here and will be back.

The units were perfect and immaculate with a comfortable bed. This property is in a great and gorgeous location, not far from the restaurant was fully booked out also and the town centre.

Marvellous location short walk to the Langdale restaurant, park and public areas that the staff dealt with swiftly and professionally, early check-in. Perfect and decent meals.
